This is a temporary accommodation facility that accommodates up to 30 Government Assisted Refugees at a time.

Often considered by newly arrived refugees as my first home in Canada, the Resettlement Centre is temporary housing for Government Assisted Refugees for up to 14 days, after which suitable permanent accommodation is found, our newest neighbours are provided support and a home -like environment to help them feel settled

  1. During their stay, we provide three meals per day. Individual apartment-like rooms for families, a TV and playrooms for the children, an outdoor playground, and laundry facilities
  2. During their stay, our refugees attend numerous training sessions to learn Canadian life management skills, and overcome the initial challenges of adjusting to  new country and culture
